Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service from the lead mechanic. My transmission had gone bad. I had taken it back up there for warranty services they had replaced the bearings and seals and the transmission .After getting it back I had immediately noticed bolts that were never tightened and wiring loose for the winch they put on But I let that go. The big problem was I had trouble pulling out at low speed. I had also noticed banging and clanging in the transmission or clutch pack I’m not sure I still have yet to get it looked at I had also pulled the CVT drain plug and oil came out that’s not supposed to happen .So I had called and scheduled maintenance for my clutch to be cleaned and to look to see if there was a problem with anything else. I had missed the first appointment because I never got a call back to confirm My appointment after being rescheduled almost 2 weeks later I had walked in today 10/21/21 and the mechanic immediately had a bad attitude he argued with me that he replaced the transmission in the side by side after I had told him that he had not it was just a bearing and some seals and that I could prove it to him with paperwork that I have. I had also explained to him about some other issues and he assistant but with an ignorant attitude. We proceeded to walk out to my side-by-side and he immediately commented Are you kidding me tell me you’re going to take this to a car wash before you drop it off “ The side-by-side was already off the trailer“. I will admit it wasn’t clean but it also wasn’t completely destroyed there was some mud on it but granite it is a side-by-side and I was in a rush to get to work I explained that to him and he said that they were going to charge me $75 an hour to clean it not In a joking way either in a completely ignorant way . I still understood and was going to let them do it but then he proceeded to be ignorant with me and things got heated fast I ended up taking my side-by-side loaded it back up and leaving

I am purchasing new bike and ATV every year and this is the most ridiculous experience I've ever received! This time I was looking for FZ1 Yamaha, contacted dealer over the phone. Sean said there wont be any problem wiring them money for the bike (since I am out of state). Next time I called Sean said he didn't want to do it anymore because he never done it before, and hang up on me. I called back and Sean changed his mind and decided to do business. So week past, I am waiting for the dealer to receive bike and paperwork from Sean. Nothing comes, calling back and Sean nicely tells me again that he decided not to do business with me and didn't even notified me about it! He said he is the only sales person there, and there is no sales manager. I just cant believe how this guy still in business with the way he treat clients!

While it took me a really long time to get my bike back when I took it there, they did a good job at fixing it, and even making things right from another company, I'd never go anywhere else.
