This review has been a long time coming. Both my children have seen these doctors for years and seen them all. They have no regard for your time but be aware if you are late they will cancel your appointment. I have to clear a 4 hour block of time to get thru an appointment with these people. Never in my life have I had to wait more than maybe 30 or 40 min at the absolute max to se the doctor! Not here! And if you complain about it as I did they will discharge your children from their office! Seriously! I waited an hour and a half 2 days in a row (wouldn't schedule both children for same day) and I said that was not acceptable for me to wait all that time when I make an appointment months in advance! They sent a certified letter signed by all four doctors in the practice saying they wouldn't see my children anymore! I can't believe the nerve! It was the office manager who told me that they schedule visits every 15 min...that is just not feasible for a doctor to see 4 patients in an hour! So if you have all the time in the world and want to see a STAFF OF DOCTORS WHO DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIIME SEE EDEN PEDIATRICS! If I could give them zero stars I would!

My 3 1\2 yr old has been a patient since it was eden pediatrics and now is Premier Pediatrics. They are very thorough when answering questions and respect parents who do not wish to pump theyre kids with antibiotics and such. My daughter was born 12 weeks early and came home on oxygen with chronic lung disease so she had to be kept away from "germs". Every appointment she had with the pediatrician, they had no problem accomidating the request to be isolated from the waiting room. There are different doctors in there who schedule appointments differently and it took some visits to see which doctor would be best for my child. That said, she has seen every one and stayed with Dr. Armstrong. I just Love her. She does her job well and doesnt rush to gett the next patient in. Im a very picky mom when it comes to my child and doctors and so far this practice has measured up to my expectations. Even vaccine delays were ok as long as she eventually did get them all. I am very happy with Premier Pediatrics. If your kid is sick all the time, dont blame it on the doctors office. Look at where you live, your childs school, daycare, babysitter, leisure activities etc.... my daughter has been sick a total of 5 times since bringing her home and neither was because of her pediatricians office. Yes there are germs in there but they are very clean and hygenic. Its up to parents to follow suit. Wash your hands and teach your kids to do the same. It makes a big difference. I mean wash them after everything you touch. Even your own purse thats been sat down who knows where to pick up who knows what kinda of germ/virus.
