        poor business practices

        Needed light lens, told me that they had 2. Drove 13 miles. Gave me a card that gave me permission to try to find a white truck in a wet field, with standing water. Looked for 30 mins in 90 degree temp, no truck. Attitude was "oh well" supposed to be one there. This is not over for me.

        2013 NEW OWNERS Since then. Allowed to look, but they have Location and Order service to find parts if they were not able to find parts. If they show them and not there, someone else got them without letting the office know! Location Service will show they same for other yards, unless the parts are off and on shelf.
