MIS Anos Felices Adult Day Care

Wow, I truely feel bad for any grandparents or senior citizens that go here. Today I witnessed a bus driver yelling viciously at an old man who was in a wheelchair and looked mentally disabled. Out of concern I went to the 'manager' to voice my concern about the incident that I happened to witness. The manager told me while in a very loud voice, 'esquze me, you don't know nothing about this place, get out!'. Omg, I was beyond shocked!!! This is beyond ridiculous and very sad. I just hope people understand most of these type of institutions who accept Medicare or government assistance do not care about their patients, just the money. These types of abuses should never happen!!!!
