        Last week my dad was traveling north on the Jersey Turnpike when a large piece of truck tire struck and shattered his windshield. His insurance company said no guarantee they could have the approved vendor fix the windshield until 5 days later and they'd have to tow his vehicle to the vendor 20 miles away before it could be fixed. Amazingly this vendor has commercials that say they fixed a car "at the zoo". When I called Auto Glass King and explained the situation, Frank the owner, said he'd check to see if he had the window in stock. Within 45 minutes he confirmed he had the part and said he was on the way. When he arrived a short time later, he installed the windshield AND offered to have us follow him to a local gas station where he could help replace the wiper blade that had broken off when the tire hit the car. All this and we were under way in under 3 hours. Frank was great. He did the job quickly and went the extra mile to make sure the car was in great shape for the trip home.
