Man i been in rolling 8years and had no problems at allevery timei had a work order it was done im a single mother who knows ladonna she is a loving. Woman she go far and beyond to meet the needs for others for years she remodeled the parks redid the laundry room 2times people say she mean people say she is a female dog but those ppl never see the good she do and start bashing her u relay hve to no her she very careing of others she even go out her way to put together summer programs for the kids here she even arange gift baskets for people like i said don't judge anybody i love the woman she even went as far as making my baby girl a cake for her birthday when i had nothing she so good to me and front care what other ppl think about her she holds it down in the rolling greens cuz it was very bad when i first moved here but she cleaned it up

Rolling Greeens is disgusting. I lived there 3 weeks and caught 35 mice. Yes Ladonna gave me glue traps, but my daughter got sick with hantavirus. Please don't try to make these apartments your home especially if you have children. My daughter had 3 surgeries and we had to get rid of all our furniture and start fresh. The apartment complex didn't apologize nor did they even attempt to replace my furniture. Oh yes and I did make a report with the health dept and Metro fair housing for those who were interested in living in Rolling Green please check out this authentic information before putting you and your family at risk.
