Barbara saved the day for me! I had less than a month until the wedding I was in. I bought the dress from Nordstrom which cost a pretty penny, however it was way too long. I called her assuming that she would be booked and I'd have to call somewhere else. She was very sweet and had me come in the next day. The dress had a ton of beadwork so she described the process as to what she would need to do. I trusted her and felt comfortable leaving my dress with her. When I went in to pickup the dress was the perfect length. I successfully did my bridesmaid duty w/o tripping on the dress. :). After the ceremony myself and some of the other bridesmaids noticed some beads falling off of the dress. I wanted to wear this dress again for a holiday party, so I reached out to Barbara to see if she could repair the loose strands. She was more than willing and happy to help. My niece (the bride) also had her rehearsal dinner dress altered by Barbara and was pleased with the results. I will definitely recommend her!

Barbara can do the impossible!

My sister hands me my bridesmaid dress less than 2wks before her wedding. I am almost 9mo pregnant and the dress was way to small for me. Alteration appointment after alteration appointment I was told it was impossible to alter this dress and I needed to find fabric that no one carried. Then I found Barbara who saved the day! She was so friendly and understanding. She knew exactly what needed to be done and how. And this lady not only does an amazing job, but she is super quick! She is fun to work with, very understanding, and has reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend her and do business with her again.

Wow. Yep that sums it up. I had a dress that I loved that had a train. I wanted the train to be removed and the dress shortened. Barbara was more than wonderful. She measured everything while I was wearing the dress, laughed and enjoyed the time with myself and my made of honor. We left the shop feeling we had found the perfect person to alter my dress. I called Barbara about 2 weeks after dropping the dress of with her. We moved the wedding date up from May 29th to February 28th. She grabbed the dress and started on it right away. I am so very happy with my beautiful dress and the happiness that Barbara shows to the bride. Thank you for doing the fantastic job on my dress and for being so very wonderful to work with. I will tell everyone I know, you are the BEST woman for the job!

Joanne Johnston: Barbara is amazing to say the least. She took me last minute for alterations when my seamstress canceled on me.
