        I saw a car on Chapman site that was at their Horsham location. Price stated $1000 trade assistance, this dealer WOULD NOT HONOR told me it is a different dealer even though same name part of extended inventory online, total BS. Even worse sent TWO emails to the owner never got courtesy of a response. If the owner doesn't car why should his employees. I was ready to buy had someone just shown integrity and some level of customer service. My RECOMMENDATION is BUY IT FROM THEIR HORSHAM LOCATION AND SAVE $1000!!!!! Or BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND!! I have owned twelve Fords in my life but no more.

        Went to this dealer to buy a Mazda and I was very guarded. I was greeted by the Sales Manager and he personally took an interest in my situation. I bought the exact car I wanted and I paid the price I wanted. Excellent experience all the way around. I would send everyone I know to them. Awsome experience Thank you

        i have been to chapman on numerous occasions, and every time it is the same thing. prompt welcome askes direct quetions,and listens to what im asking.gives me the info im looking for ,not nwhat they think i want. thats why i love dealing at chapman ford of eht

        I've been a customer for years, Chapman Ford, Lincoln, Mercury & Mazda is a great place to do business. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and really cares about their customers. The service dept. takes very good care of my Ford Explorer and keeps it running smoothly! The management and sales people are very anxious to make your sales experience a pleasant one from the test drive until you see your brand new car in that amazing delivery area....all new cars should be presented to customers that way. When you buy a vehicle at Chapman you become part of the family!!!

        My whole family drives cars with the Chapman name on the back!!!

        I really think that Chapman is one of the nicest dealerships I have ever been to. The people are all so friendly and knowledgeable, the service department is wonderful and very able to keep my Ford Explorer running smoothly. I recommend all my friends and family to try Chapman first and they all agree! Thanks Chapman, keep up the good work.

        I shopped all over South Jesey and they gave me the best price. The salespeople are truly honest and not your typical "Car Salesman". Everyone was personable and I felt very comfortable shopping for my new vehicle here. I will buy all of my vehicle from here!
