I had a really good experience and excellent customer service since I arrived to the dealer. salesman was awesome !!his name is Mark Bradley, he helped a lot in the whole process, if I could rate him I would give him 5 stars, the general Manager Shantia is the guy who made it happen was the best. All the staff were very helpful. I am so happy with my new car, it was great experience because it was my first time Feeling that I got a good deal. I felt very comfortable, thank you so much, you guys did an extraordinary job.

I have been car shopping for weeks now and I had bad experiences at every place I went to except this one, Jay was great. He was not pushy and he went along with all the weird things we were doing to check to make sure the car was the right one for me. A few other dealership I went to tried to pit me against another saying they had somebody looking at the car and if I want it it probably won't be there, but Jay didn't try to rush me, he was very nice and made me still have hope in car salesmen. I have been looking specifically for a 2006-2008 Honda CR-V and they had a 2008 Honda CR-V. I am very happy with my car.

Bought a truck from them on Saturday. Went on the test drive and noticed several things wrong with the truck and asked if they would fix all of them prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Mike said they would take care of all of them. They took the vehicle into the back yard and fixed all the issues except an issue they needed to take to the Toyota dealership. I went with the sales rep to pick up the truck from Toyota and it was a faulty tire pressure sensor which they replaced.
