Overall

I Lived at Valley View for a year and a few months. All was good until i gave my notice. I had to go to month to month which was another 400.00 a month. I also had a problem with the costs it took to leave the facility. I made sure the apartment was clean and scrubbed from top to bottom. I also took the extra step to have a walk through before I left. the head of Maintenance came through the apartment with me and said to clean a bit more under the Microwave and Stove top. He looks at the walls and the rest of the place and actually commented that it look like you have not been here long. That said, I get my final bill from the leasing office. I received a little over 4.00 for the return of my deposit. I tried to get in touch with Fara, to no avail. I sent multiple emails and left phone messages. She actually did return on of my emails and said she would call the following day and what would be a good time to be reached. i let her know that 12 would be great. i took time out of my day to wait for her call and you guessed it nothing. i wonder if they would pay the invoice for all the time wasted if billed. They nickel'd and dime'd me on the deposit. Items like cleaning supplies (409)=15.00, Walls had marks and had to be repainted, 3 hours of cleaning, carpet cleaning (which I did agree to but due to "traffic" stains extra 30.00- so be careful of waking around). The best was the replacement of light bulbs. Oh and be careful of those very high end blinds, if you open them to fast and they get caught, they snap. Got charged for that too. Anyway, Its really too bad the experience was ruined by the way I was treated at the end of my stay. Its too bad ...

Overall
Management sucks

They are more interested in the money that they can get from you then anything else. What a scam of a place. The management team went out of way to try to keep as much of the deposits that they made us come to the table with just to rent the apartment. I have a older dog that will go hours without making a mess or peeing he is well trained at not going to the bathroom in the house or this case the apartment. The management team said that they went into the apartment after we moved out and did all new carpet throughout the place because the dog peed throughout the place. The neighbors said that they never even replaced the carpet all they did was a steam clean just like they do every other time a place is to be rented again. They charged to repaint. They repaint every time. What a scam of a place. It is truly to bad that this place has to treat people so poorly. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY. THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY ONLY.
