CVS Pharmacy

Worst customer service. We recently switched our business from Walgreens to CVS. Biggest mistake ever. This location closes at 6pm. I was there at 6:02pm after I rushed over after work to their location because the one near the university did not carry the meds we needed for our 16 month old daughters ear infection. They were closing the "gate" when I ran in and when I asked if they were closing, the pharmacist said, "yes" literally shut the gate on my face without asking what it was I needed nor did he bother to say "we can help you right away, after all, it's ONLY 2 minutes of over time". It would've taken him a second to see I just needed a pickup. Off I go back home to a VERY sick toddler who's in pain for ANOTHER night. Thank you CVS pharmacist for your lack of customer service and compassion. We're going back to good ole faithful Walgreens.
