Best attorney. My case has a long history, but I will be brief. I was resident convicted of a serious offense and placed on deferred probation. Mr. Mondragon fought it and after an appeal we won. After being released, I am revoked on my deferred on technical issues and immigration picks me up and charges me on a different reason for deporting me. Mr. Mondragon fights it and we loose in immigration and he takes it all the way to federal appeal court. During the time it was pending in federal, I was deported. Mr. Mondragon wins the federal appeal. I come back to bridge and immigration takes me in on another ground. Mr. Mondragon represents me in court and basically told the court and prosecutor, you can have 3 bites of the same apple. You lost your chances and he supported with the law. Needless to say, I was released. I spent a lot of time in immigration detention, but it was worth it. My family talked to other lawyers that said I did not have a chance and all are wondering how in the world I am still here. I gave them Mr. Mondragon's phone number.

This attorney got me out of immigration detention with a waiver in 2 weeks when other attorneys said it would take 3 months. At the first hearing, he told the judge it should not be a difficult case and if he could squeeze in a quick hearing. The judge did as Mr. Mondragon requested and was out right away. After granting my waiver, the Judge even told me I had hired one of the most competent and honest attorneys that does immigration law. I agreed.

This attorney helped me and my 2 daughters. I was detained and Mr. Mondragon got me a bond and I got out. I had an application from my sister that was filed a long time ago. Immigration was trying to deport me, but Mr. Mondragon cancelled my deportation. He also transferred my case to the state I was living in. He told me to get a lawyer over there to complete getting the papers for me and my daughters. I went to different attorneys and all of them told me I could only get papers for me and my youngest daughter because my other daughte was over twenty-one. I asked Mr. Mondragon, and he really wanted to help me. He told me the attorneys were wrong. He did all the paperwork and his concern was my oldest daughter as there was a deadline. He filed all the paperwork for us and I obtained my green card first, followed by my oldest daughter, then my youngest daughter. He did all the paperwork and explained the process. My oldest daughter's case was confusing, but he was right. At the interview, the person told my daughter that her application was the first time he ever seen that, but that Mr. Mondragon was right and that it would probably be approved and it was approved. Thank you Mr. Mondragon.

Great attorney. Mr. Orlando Mondragon and his whole staff helped me get my husband Visa, after he was depported in 2008. I started the immigration procces on my own. After a few years passed my mother recommended that I speek to an attorney. We started to seek online and by hearing others we found Mr. Mondragon. My husband was finally let back into the U.S. the begaining of August 2013. It was a very long journey but we couldn't do it without his help. He did almost all the paperwork and he never gave up on us. He was always there when I needed him or his staff. They are very responesable and understanding ready to help you at any time. We can never thank him enough for all his help. I would recommend him to anyone in the same situation. He is the best attorney.

Great attorney. My husband had been denied his residency visa in Juarez and denial letter said that my husband was barred for 10 years without eligibility of a waiver. We talked to other attorneys and they just accepted the denial as valid. We talked to Mr. Mondragon and he reviewed the denial and our paperwork. He said we had a case if he could convince the consulate that they erred and that he was eligible for a waiver. He broke the case into to services convincing them that my husband was eligible for the waiver and then the waiver. In our presence, he sent an e-mail to the consulate explaing our position. Approximately 15 days later the consulate responds that based on further review he was eligible for a waiver. Mr. Mondragon completed the waiver and supporting documents and my husband was granted his residency. If we would of listened to other attorneys, my husband would still be in Mexico until 2022 waiting for his 10 year bar to run.

Great attorney. Sympathetic and understanding. He won an asylum case for me and my wife from Pakistan. Background is that me and my wife use to be in U.S. under student visas and we graduated and had 3 United States citizens daughters. We returned to Pakistan but because we had American children we were targeted. Went to Mexico with all family and called Mr. Mondragon. He told me asylum would be difficult, but under circumstance we had a shot. He told me how parole worked but we ran the risk of being detained while asylum was pending. We went to bridge with all 3 children and wife. Mr. Mondragon met at bridge. Request asylum. At bridge they hold us wife and I and put children in foster because my relative did not arrive in time to pick them up from out of state. Mr. Mondragon was willing to take children while brother arrived but immigration did not allow. We spent one month in custody and Mr. Mondragon helped our children in court in foster care, got us out, and reunited us. He transferred the case to out of state where were living with relative. Mr. Mondragon came to where we were, presented evidence, testimony (he had prepared us for hearing), and over prosecutors objections, our asylum was granted. Now we are living legally in the United States. We had talked to other attorneys of asylum, but almost all said it was impossible. Mr. Mondragon said it was difficult but not impossible under "social group." And guess what, he was right. Thank you Mr. Mondragon.

Mr. Mondragon is the best attorney. He had helped numerous family members become citizens, but my case was extremely complicated. Sometime in 1995 I had been deported for a serious drug offense. I reentered illegally and was apprehended and was facing over five years in federal custody. My mother was a United States citizen. We hired Mr. Mondragon, and what I liked is that he was upfront with us. He explained that I had a weak citizenship claim because we did not have the documentary proof that my mother had lived in the United States the required time to transfer citizenship to me. He told me that he would file the claim and prepare the paperwork and if it was granted, I would get out, and if it was denied that it would be better to plead to the offense and get less time than going to trial and jury convicting me and giving me more time. Mr. Mondragon interviewed my mother and together they prepared a detailed affidavit of her presence in the United States. It was more like a book than an affidavit. They both went to the interview and two days after the interview I was released as my application was approved. Now I am a United States Citizen by birth all thanks to Mr. Mondragon. Thanks to Mr. Mondragon I went from being here illegally and in jail to a United States citizen, free and working lawfully. I spent about a year in custody while the process went through, but at the beginning Mr. Mondragon told me it could take up to a year and also to expect the worst and hope for the best because of the lack of evidence.

I have been meaning to write a review regarding Mr. Mondragon regarding my immigration case. I basically owe him my life. He was able to do what no one else was able to to do. I was a lawful permanent resident since about 1969. During the course of time I picked up numerous misdemeanors to include a couple possession of marihuana, about 3 of them. Immigration arrested in about 2006. I hired Mr. Mondragon. He basically told me that since I had two separate drug conviction (even though they were small), I was considered an aggravated felony and subject to automatic deportation. He also told me there was a case pending in the Supreme Court that may change the application of the law, but for it to benefit me, I would have to be fighting my case. He told me I would lose at the immigration court, I would lose at the immigration appeal, and that I would lose at the federal appellate level. The hope was that while I was on appeal, the law would change. Needless to say we lost at the immigration court and immigration appeal. After the immigration appeal that we lost in 2007, I was deported and I spent about 3 1/2 years in Mexico whilie he appealed federally. During that time the law changed in my favor and he was able to bring me back to the United States in 2011 and I had my cancellation hearing with the judge (granted of course because it was Mr. Mondragon) and I got my residency back. He advised me correctly. Other individuals that I was with who's attorneys did not advise them of the current state of the law and they did not appeal were not eligible to come back and they remain deported. I am extremely thankful and lucky that I hired Mr. Mondragon and followed his advise or else I would be in Mexico like the other unfortunate individuals that did not appeal based on the advise or wrongful advise of their lawyers.

I was detained in immigration...

I was detained in immigration custody for a drug offense that occured in 1999. I was detained at the bridge and placed in custody. I hired Mr. Mondragon and he told me to be patient and that he would seek what was called cancellation. The Judge was so backed up that the hearing was set about 5 months away. Mr. Mondragon was able to accelerate the hearing by about 3 months with a different judge. Other cellmates told me that the different judge would probably deny me. Mr Mondragon explained to me that the judge was fair and since I only had one criminal offense that I should be fine. We did the hearing. Mr Mondragon did all the questioning, two questions from the prosecutor, and the judge granted my application. I am out and now we are looking into citizenship. The reason I write this review is because I do not agree with negative reviews of Mr. Mondragon. Those reviews are the furthest from the truth. Mr. Mondragon kept me and my family informed by visiting me in detention and contacting my family.
