I came into this dealer today because I received a letter in the mail about them being interested in buy my vehicle back from me at 110% black book. I set up an appointment and there was nobody here to help. After waiting for someone to help they gave me a salesperson that was already busy trying to close another deal. He did not give me the time of day to try and help me find another truck he just kept saying let's see what it would cost to build a truck. Every truck he kept saying cost $45,000 this was a base truck to a diesel truck. I know there should be a difference from a base gaser to a base diesel. I also wanted to know what I could get for a trade-in on my vehicle and they didn't have time for that either. All in all they just didn't care about trying to help me or anyone else because because when I was standing talk to a salesperson when I walked in I heard several salesperson saying they were wasting there time with customers and that the customer shouldn't care if the payments were more than what they wanted. This dealership needs to get there act together if they want to stay in business. I have never been treated so poorly at a car dealer ship . Most dealer try to work with you and try to make the sale there salesperson could careless. Not a good start for the new owner.

Going Above and Beyond

Due to poor service and systems at UConnect, software added by the dealership on my Jeep Cherokee was wiped out. UConnect passed the issue onto the dealership saying they (UConnect) could not fix the problem that they caused. I called my salesman Joe and he said they should be able to help. He referred me to the service dept. John in the service department spent hours on the phone talking to multiple vendors to get the issue resolved.

Feeny Jeep did not cause the issue, but they sure did fix it when they could have easily said not our problem. They went above and beyond and showed what real customer service is. Thank you Feeny for the sale and the service!

Pathetic

This dealer had my PREGNANT wife waiting in their outdated waiting room for two hours on a Saturday to get the coolant flushed on our Liberty only to have the loser hungover service rep come out and tell her they can't do the service today because they screwed up. This dealer sucks. When service manager called to see my how my experience was I told him NICELY only to be hung up on. There is a reason Chrysler and GM went bankrupt. It is due to poor service centers and bad cars.
