Jersey Ink

This establishment does not practice good customer service tactics. I was sold a taper to start off the process of ear stretching. When I got home and looked up information about the starting process, I repeadly seen articles that stated you should only use surgical steel products. The taper I got from there was wooden, which turned out to be a big no-no. I went back the next day and the young lady that sold it to me said even though she remembers us from the day before she couldn't exchange it because we left the store and they don't know if you wore it or not. I explained to her that we didn't wear it because we found out that wooden tapers are not good to use, she said she understood but she couldn't offer a replacement or refund. I can't for the life of me understand why they would sell an item that's not recommended. We asked to speak to a manager, she pointed at him, he made eye contact with us and then he ignored us as we stood there.

I don't know what their ink side is like but I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this establishment. They sell things that shouldn't be sold and they are plain rude. I hate leaving bad reviews but this one is necessary.
