Golden Corral Restaurants

I became violently ill for two days immediately after eating at this place. Be sure to eat here if you enjoy excruciating stomach cramps, fever and physical incapacity. I was ill for three days and diagnosed with food poisoning. Wrote a letter to the company, who assigned Crawford and Company to the claim. Submitted actual medical records to Crawford, the adjuster indicating food poisoning. I was told that it was determined that Golden Corral was "not liable." Therefore, if you get sick eating food at Golden Corral, be assured that it will not stand behind the assumed fact that the food will not make you violently ill. After all, it would be your fault for assuming that the food is not unhealthy. Perhaps that is what Crawford is telling me.



Now I am in the unenviable position of needing to sue Golden Corral Corp, which is located at 5151 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh NC 27612. Suit was brought in District Court of Maryland (small claims). It is frustrating because any small sum to cover medical bills would have probably settled the matter, but I guess that Crawford and Co wanted to impress their client. We will see how that works out for Golden Corral Corp.
