Pursell Monument Sales

I'd like to know why our stone hasn't been set yet when I was told it would be done by memorial day?
I know the weather put you behind in the Spring.Ive allowed for that.
It's past Labor Day and it's still not set!!!
Needless to say,I'm a bit upset.
I chose Purcells for several reasons.
Price and good reviews bring the main reasons.
I had limited funds to work with and they were the best in three counties.
Both father and son were very curious.Had great conversation with both.
A friend and I stopped by on our way home from church one Sunday,in late April,and,your setter person happened to be there and uncrated our stone for us.I was very grateful, and since then,no communication.
I don't understand.

I just wanted to tell Ron,Ryan,and the whole team what an amazing job they did. Losing my mother was one of the most devastating things that I have ever been through. Having Ron help with stone selection,the team setting a beautiful stone,and Ryan personally sending me a picture after it was set helped us all get through it. I can't thank you all enough.
