Am new to the area, don't know anyone, & needed to find new places to have everything done. Saw several positive comments about the quality of the J W Smith shop's work, & hitting a huge porcupine displaced the plastic shrouding under the front end of my car--and I had to travel 1400 mile [round trip] three days after the shrouding shifted more & was rubbing on the front wheel. Dropped by J W Smith to see when they could look at it, and they pulled it into the shop right away, not just to ID what needed replacement, but also to patch it up to get me safely through my trip. Replacement part ordered, Andrew said to bring it back in again when I had time. The patch withstood the 1400 miles--half through winter storm Jonas, & the full repair has been completed. The service I received and the work done--both the temporary patch for my convenience & the permanent repair--exceed expectations. My go-to place for auto body work in my new location--I definitely recommend J W Smith AutoBody Inc.

JW Smith's Auto Body has to be the best auto body shop around. They treat their customers with respect and go out of their way to make sure you aren't inconvenienced while getting the repairs done. My car looks great and I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service I received from Andy. If you need body work done you'd almost be a fool not to take your car there.
