Audi West County

After having major communication issue with the dealership during my purchase I finally picked up my Audi S5. It is an outstanding vehicle and I expected that when it was hit by hail the collision center located in the same lot would be able to fix my vehicle since they deal with Audi's all day long. After taking several extra weeks from the original completion time, the vehicle was ready to pick up. When I arrived to pick the vehicle up it was full of swirl marks and scratches in the paint, the body shop manager agreed that the vehicle wasn't ready and kept it for another week to fix it. When I went to pick it up again it looked better, but still no where near how it should have looked. I attempted multiple times to get into contact with someone higher than the body shop manager and was refused that opportunity. My vehicle still looks terrible compared to how it did when I purchased it and Bommarito refuses to go any further with the issue. The body shop manager even told me not to speak to him again because "we just don't click" Audi of America is now dealing with the case and has been much more supportive than Bommarito.



To anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle here, I highly recommend choosing another dealership who is willing to stand behind the services they offer.

truth in engineering? Buyer be ware!!!

The new 2012 A4, the one I have vibrates like a cell phone. It is extreme between 1500 and 1800 RPM the dealer can't fix it and refers me to Audi...Audi refers me to the dealer...after 3 months and attemps to now return the car there is NO customer satisfaction. The warning light EPC continues to malfuction...It has been "fixed" multiple times. Thus NO stars, but like Audi surveys you have to give a half a star. With all the advertising you expect better.
