        Yes, I gave it five stars because NORMALLY I am very pleased when I walk out the door. Yesterday, however, the experience ruined what started out to be a great day. The out-of-uniform man (appeared to be a manager) needs to learn how to work under pressure and to practice active listening ... though I don't know why he seemed to be in a panic to begin with. There were four people in front of me when I walked in and no one behind by the time I gave my order. Regardless, my order was screwed and when I tried to fix it the whole situation only got worse and I ended up spending a lot more money just to get the hell out of there. He didn't take my name but used the name on my bosses Panera card so I didn't know my order had been put on some shelf while I waited for two drinks in another area, neither of which were the drinks I ordered. Just calm down, pay attention and listen to the customer, don't assume and ask. I like Panera, I will be back but yesterday was not a good day there.
