General Info: We are a local, privately owned and newly remodeled, 4,500 sq. ft. full service health club offering free weights, selectorized cable machines, cardio machines such as recumbant and stationary bikes, ellipticals, ARC trainers and treadmills. There is also a multi-purpose room featuring spin, Turbo Kick, Step, Core, Zumba and more. We also have Boot Camp and Insanity classes for an additional fee. After a hard workout, stop by the smoothie bar for a protein or fruit smoothie to refuel. We now offer 24 hour access for non-staffed hours, so there is no excuse to not stay in shape.
