Even after recent renovations, Similar staff bad service food usually mushy

This place stinks.. management needs to get a hold of the staff. 3 weeks in a row..i went to get an ice cream, in drive thru waited 8 minutes in line, after my order. i LEFT.

2nd week, went to order a salad.. waiting in line to order (inside) gave me my soda cup, i sat down.. 5 minutes later, they said sorry, and told me it would be right up. (they had 7 people inside the restaurant.) 3rd week, went to get a soda in drive through, the girl asked , i replied i wanted a sprite, she laughed and asked again. I spelled it for her, and whe asked again. did you say sprite? i said yes, she said so is that all? i replied the rest of my order, she said ok.. one sprite second window> when i left, there were 4 cars in the parking lot, no one in drive through and apparantly someone drinking inside, and i don't mean sprite. so i went to mcdonalds next door. DO NOT GO.. they are growing wildly around this store and the owner manager is DUMB, ignorant, stupid? not sure if they all fit, but their employees do. do not go..
