Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I reserved a standard SVU. The staff was friendly and helpful. The car was practically brand new! It was clean and the drive was comfortable. I have rented many times and always have been happy. If I didn't like the vehicle they always found one I would want. I was even upgraded free of charge on time which was very much appreciated. I recommend them always!

My rental at this location went very smoothly. The staff there were very helpful, I was in and out very quickly. The car was very clean and I really like that " Enterprise Smell". That is what I call the deodorizer smell they use. I have used this location many times in the past and "Always " found them to be top notch. In fact, I prefer them over the Enterprise 2 miles away from my home. The Peach Street Enterprise office is 45 miles from my hone.

Needed rental due to accident. Easy to work with, they were busy when I arrived, but were able to provide great customer service and the car provided was great.

I had a reservation for a pickup truck they had a mini van for me. It would be nice to get a call to give me a heads up. Completely dissatisfied. I will never use them again.
