Got my oil changed by them recently the new crew up there the best service I have ever gotten fast easy super polite I will be returning with all my vehicles from now on

a few months back i got my oil changed here and the black dude tells me the oil plug is stripped out but he snugged it up and it should be fine untill my next oil change. Then I start to notice my car has been leaving oil in places I park it, not real bad but gets expensive after awhile when its full synthetic. When I go to get snow tires put on my car they tell me the plug is leaking, so I go back to the guy who changed the oil and told he straight told me he never and started rasing his voice to the point I had to tell him don't yell at me, he said he wasn't but did it again so I felt the need to yell at him and argue I was so mad, and felt disrespected to the point I wanted to ask him to just come outside
