They did not have proper dolly or platform to transport 36 inches box tree from front of the house to backyard. They damaged my neighbors plants, they damaged my gutter, they damaged my wireless rain sensor, they scraped my travertine and my concrete because one of the wheels on the platform was not rotating. Two of the trees they delivered were not the ones I selected. Horrible service.

My husband and I had a first rate experience here! Brandon and Mr Burger are so knowledgeable and courteous. We tend on killing are plants (oops) well it's because we were planting them in the wrong spots and not taking care of them properly. These men gave us suggestion on plants that would be great for us indoors and out. All our plants are still alive and doing wonderfully! Great nursery!

We had two trees delivered and planted today, led by Henry and his crew. They were friendly, professional, prompt and they did an awesome job! They made the surrounding area look great, going beyond what was expected.

My salesperson was very nice and informative about a wide variety of plants, and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions thouroughly. The crew who came to my house were very courteous and efficient. The driver explained the process before they started, and then walked everything with me to ensure I was satisfied. Then he went over the watering instructions with me. Very helpful and professional!

I was very pleased with Moon Valley Nursery. I went in looking for a shade tree. They helped me find the best tree for me and took the time to describe each shade tree they had and what the advantages and disadvantages were. When I decided on the variety, they had a large number of specimens from which to choose and I found one that I really liked. The planting crew was courteous and fast. The planting was perfect and they left the yard spotless. Post planting, they have been very supportive with all the questions I have had.

They have great staff here that provided me with great customer service. My questions are always answered when I come here and they have a great selection of products here.

They had so many choices to choose from. They really helped us out, everyone was very knowledgeable about the trees and growing patterns for this area. Great service =)

The selection was the BEST! When it came time to planting (a 36" box huge tree), the guys were great....they were on time for delivery, respectful to the property and had a "get it done" attitude. Thank you!

Our experience with the staff of Moon Valley Nursery was very pleasant. Kirstie and Tristain were knowledgeable, respectful and patient. Kirstie had our best interest at heart in helping select a package that fit our budget and I know it's going to look beautiful once planted.
