Absolutely horrible! WOMEN beware...this is my warning. They offer next to nothing for your trade in...don't accept their offer. They are a hard sell on the extended warranty. No matter how many times you say no, they crunch phony numbers to make you think its a great deal and when you call them on it they can instantly press one button on the computer and your price goes down $2,000....AMAZING!. The sales manager and the finance manager play good cop bad cop and think you are stupid! They don't understand that "NO means NO". Its a bunch of arrogant men that think its a game to get as much money from you as possible so unless you are feeling at the top of your game the day you go into their dealership.... Stay away!

Also, like the other review....it has been 2 months and I am still waiting on my registration to come in the mail.

Deplorable service. On the surface all seems good and well. The advertised ethics of sell a lot for a little are a scam. The sales man quoted me an OTD price and my failure of follow through resulted in an additional $400+ added to the sale.

The my title transfer was botch and ended up costing me $40 to get a new sticker. When I went to the dealer to talk about some form of reasonable compensation. He offered up a car wash. Great! What I got was a discounted car wash! So now I am out even more money.

If you do business with them make sure you read and re-read what you are signing. I know some this could have been avoided if I had followed my own advise.

I recently purchased a new 2017 Expedition. Could not have had a better experience. The sales person, Joe, and the Manager, Bobby, were without a doubt the best. Their professionalism and attention to detail was excellent. I paid a fair price for an outstanding vehicle. They will work with you until you are satisfied. Couldn't ask for more! I would highly recommend these two individuals at this Dealership to do business with now and in the future.

I traded in my truck almost 3 months ago and still have not received tags for the vehicle I bought from them. Has been nothing but a song and dance routine since we signed the paperwork. It took 3 weeks to get a spare tire for the vehicle I purchased. Once they get your money, you are on your own basically. The kicker is, the vechicle I bought from them was on the lot less than 48 hours. As far as the tags go, it is everyone elses fault except for the person you are talking to. Supposedly, they mailed out our copy of the paperwork that we signed the day after we signed it and 3 months later we still have not received it. And yes they do have the right address. I have teenagers who are going to need cars soon. IT WILL NOT BE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
