Starbucks Coffee

We went in today and ordered our usual white chocolate mocha. The drink was so hot it couldn't even be held without burning my hand. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and those were so over cooked, it was almost hard to bite into. The people working were friendly enough, but you can sense they weren't in the best of moods. For the amount of money people spend on coffee/food at Starbucks this kind of thing should never happen.
