Ace Hardware

Even though ace hardware is much smaller than Lowes or Home Depot, their inventory always has what I need or want. They are very knowledgeable about all their products & will take me to it, not just point in a direction. They are always courteous & helpful & go that extra step for their shoppers. But they’re more than that. They’re always smiling & talk to me. It reminds me of a mom & pop business where they remember you & seem to enjoy getting to know you. I can park near the front door & be inside in less than a minute. If I need help out to my car with my purchase, they are happy to do so. I couldn’t be happier with ace hardware in silver lake on 19th Avenue, & friends have told me they feel the same way about the ace hardware near they’re home. Whoever is doing the hiring knows what they’re doing because their employees stay for years, which tells me as an employee, they’re happy too. So they must be treated well. Thank you.
