The repairman that came to our house wasn't prepared at all. He asked us for a light then he wanted a vaccuum. Then he wasn't sure what was wrong and called someone else to look up solutions on the internet. All he did while he was here was hit the inside components with a flashlight and asked us to watch the screen to see if it changed anything. He then told us he wasn't sure what was wrong but wanted us to load it in OUR truck and bring it to him. We have a 60" big screen. So this would not be feesable. He charged us $60.00 and couldn't even tell us what was wrong. Don't waste your time or money.
