        Pedal FIT LLC is designed to provide each cyclist the opportunity to maximize performance by providing clinical bike fits and custom training programs. Each rider receives a cycling related physical therapy evaluation which guides Natalie Collins. PT. DPT. BIKEPT in customizing a bike FIT for the rider. The rider is then assessed in both static and dynamic cycling using motion analysis. Visual assessment AIDS and the clinical observation expertise of the PT. Appropriate modifications and adjustments are then made on the spot. To conclude the session the athlete is provided with ANY necessary recommendations such AS therapeutic exercises. Self treatments or education related to dysfunction noted during the examination. Pedal FIT LLC is designed to include affordable plan options for follow UP appointments or multiple bike fits. This allows the riders body to improve and adapt to the adjustments made to their bike FIT. They are then able to return for additional adjustments and progression of FIT AS the body improves in strength. Flexibility and stability, a progression of ANY education. Self treatment And/or therapeutic exercises is Also provided. This makes for a unique opportunity to improve performance and avoid unwanted injury with the ongoing help of a doctor of physical therapy.
