Poor business practice. Did not show up the first appointment for estimate. Showed up 1.5 hours later after calling within 15 minutes of appointment on the second appointment. Said will send estimates. Called and left messages to ask for estimates 4 x each week. did not have estimates for 2 months. How can a business start without giving customer estimates. Lacks communication to inform customer. In the end, no business. Words travel. There are many units in the condo. My experience is real. My voice count.
