        unreasonable exchange policy

        My husband purchased on ornament we already owned by mistake and despite having the receipt the manager insisted that I could ONLY exchange the item for another Hallmark Ornament (not anything else in the store or a store card to use at another time). I'm disappointed by their customer service and will be shopping at the Hallmark at the Exton Square Mall from now on
