Cheap and not worth it. Just the worst home improvement experience I've ever had.



They appeared to give a very good price. But they didn't complete the work and I had to get someone else to do it. It ended up costing more than the other estimates I get. Complaints are met with insults, lies and threats, if you can get them to respond at all. And it took them forever to get the work done. Even though we made it clear we had a time constraint they took 3 weeks to get started.



They will say anything at the begining. Then any problem or concern and you get excuses, lies or it's your fault.



How could the business be better? Close! OK, how about being prompt and responsive to start. Then addressing problems cooporatively not adversairily.
