        Just purchased second boat from Hern. Boat Had a couple of small Issures. Knowing we we leaving for Michigan, Ron the Owener was over the top to get our issues resolved the same day. Tony our salesman also jumped arranging the work to be done. Hern Marine will insure you are a totally satisfied customer. The Hern Marine team is the best. Buying from Hern is a must for your next boat.

        Do not ever purchase a boat from this place. Terrible, absolutely awful customer service. Trolling motor problems that should not have occurred have taken weeks of time. Had the boat two months and only got to use it four times. Never try messing with these people! They will blame you and pawn off their mistakes.

        I really enjoyed working Tony in the boat sales department. After shopping all over Cincinnati I felt that I was treated in a very professional way and that he listened to what my family and I was looking for in a boat. After our decision to buy a Crownline we met Chris in their accesory department. We really enjoyed buying all of our toys for our new boat. We've had more fun with our boat than we have ever had on any other vacation. I encourage you to stop and see those guys they really seem to care.
