Bayside Orthopeadic, Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation center, located in Fairhope, Ala., specializes in treating diseases of and injuries to the musculoskeletal system. The clinic provides orthopedic care for persons of all ages that include joint replacement surgery, hand and foot surgery, arthritis care, cartilage transplantation, arthroscopy, spine and neck, pediatric growth and development problems. Bayside serves as an education site for graduate level students from the U.S.A. Sports Academy and The University of South Alabama. It provides sports medicine treatment and prevention services to the University of South Alabama s football team and annual Senior Bowl All-Star college football game as well as athletic trainers to Baldwin County middle and high schools. In addition to other services, it also treats problems related to industrial injuries. The industrial medicine department operates in all of its facilities and is designed to meet the needs of employers, caseworkers, insurance adjusters and the injured worker.
