        make sure you are present when installation is in progress they will cut corners! I asked to have the damper area blocked off with sheet metal and insulation. Sales man said no problem we do it all the time. When the truck showed up it didn't have the sheet metal or insulation on it, problem one. They started the install and used 500� RTV to attach the flu liner to the stove. That stuff will melt like butter at that location! Thats problem two! At that point I found out the unit was the floor model, for a week the sales man said my order was on its way in. When they came back to finish the install correctly. I had to supply the Installer with tools and supplies. Also I had to draw the layout on the sheet metal. After the install the man abruptly left, it was late and he wasn't getting paid for being on the job. Within two minutes I got a call from the sales man wanting the rest of the money. I was on my way out and I said I would talk to him in the morning. It's a good thing I put a hold on my credit card, he had my numbers from the down payment. Without my permission he tried to get the last payment. I came home that night noticed the Stove was not level. The next morning called informed him I wasn't happy. After all that I went through I didn't want to pay the last $500. This was a $4300 job and I did half the work!!!! He threatened me, said I'll take you to court and tell the township you didn't get a permit!!! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! THIS MAY HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!

        Had my pellet stove serviced, ...

        Had my pellet stove serviced, technician was very informative, diagnosed the problem in five minutes and had repair done in half an hour. Left the stove clean and even touched up some scratches.
