        Stay away from them, especially if your job below $5,000. They will walk over you doing more expensive orders and left your behind.

        They had my sliding patio door for 3 weeks in the storage, and no one bothered to call and schedule installation, because they have ONLY one door/glass door/patio door installer. They were trying to agree on someone with no experience to install such, but a window installer.

        I told they I do not want their business not now and never.
        My advise- go to Home Depot, it what I would do to, and mutinously get my my down payment in Small Clime Court which they hold, persisting I broke the contact, when they failed their duty of care, as other businesses in St Clair County would not do the same like Jacobs did. My opinion, they just greedy...

        Overall

        I hired Jacob Sunroom & Exteriors to install a new roof and vents on my house. The new roof leaked for 50 days before it was discovered. They fixed their mistake but, I’m not confident that it won’t leak again… Because of the leak I decided to double check their installation of the vents and found that they cut a small square hole for around vent. Very poor craftsmanship in my opinion. I DO NOT recommend this company.

        JACOB installed our walk in shower and we love it. Great company to work with. Very pleased with our new shower.
