Alexandra's Too

I recently just purchased my wedding gown. I worked with Whitney and she was the absolute best. She knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I was 100% happy. Being a bigger woman, I was nervous I wouldn't find anything that looked nice on me. Whitney made me feel beautiful and so comfortable through the whole experience! She also made sure to cross every T and for every I. She was very professional and detailed. I honestly couldn't suggest a better bridal consultant. She really made my day!

The reason I am giving the boutique one star is due to the fact that the service is terrible. God forbid if you don't make an appointment. It's like pulling teeth for anyone to help you out. A bunch of young girls just standing around chatting with each other. I am frustrated beyond belief. The icing on the cake was when the boutique called saying they had my daughters dress and when I came to pick it up they were unable to find it. I payed $150 for a flower girls dress for a 2 year old!! You think they would have treated you with a little more respect but, no!

We bought a prom dress from Alexandra's boutique for this (2013) prom season. On further consideration my daughter decided to wear another dress to prom so we called Alexandra's boutique to tell them NOT TO DO ANY alterations on THE DRESS!!! When we picked it up, the alterations were done anyway making the dress USELESS to us! $300.00+ for a dress and $80.00 for alterations we didn't want......WE ARE NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!

Don't buy from here the over charge their customers. My fiancé went in and picked out her dress. When she look it up on their website and it was $300 cheaper. She called and the said it was a typo and chafed the price in thee site. When she called other places they had it for the $300 cheaper price. They don't care about their customers and don't honor their own prices. FALSE ADVERTISMET!!!

They have a number of great priced dresses. They have every color you can imagine it wonderful. I got my senior prom dress there.The sale represenitives are very friendly and helpful. They help you zip tie and fit your dress. I loved my excpirience and if i ever needed to get another dress i would go there and i think i will for my wedding as well they have a great selection of bridal dresses you just cant go wro
