I took my car here after someone rear ended me. They weren't helpful nor did they fully fix the issue after me asking several times. I found out the damage that had been done after having more service done 2 years later. I will never recommend them nor will I ever go back to them.

The work was good but their customer service is awful. Customer service goes a long way with me and just for that alone I will not return.

I have never seen such poor quality work and unbelievably rude employees. I took my 2008 GMC Sierra here to have some minor body work and basic services done. They had it for over a week. When it was returned to me only about half of the problems were fixed and the truck had several new problems. It had a check engine light on and was idling rough. This was not the case when I dropped it off to them. Plus it had several deep scratches on the truck that were not there before. The bumper was also bent and scratched in a way that made it appear as if they ran it into another car. When I questioned the salesman, he rolled his eyes and told me it would buff out. I told him that several of the scratches which were down to the metal and the damaged bumper would surely not "buff out". He walked away while I was asking if they guaranteed their work. When I told him it was rude to walk away from a paying customer who was expressing concerns, he said "F*** You". I was shocked. I now have to pay another company to repair the damage Fork did to my truck, as well as fix the shoddy repairs they did attempt to make. Save yourself some money and headaches by taking your business somewhere else.
