Daleview Care Center

I am a 94 yr old widow. I have come to Daleview twice. Both times after hospitalizations. First time I need a lot of help going to bathroom & Unsteady on my feet. Now I totally took care of myself Prior and I still drove. They got me back on my feet and returned home in less than 3 weeks and back to driving.
On year later, I needed my gallbladder out due to severe infection. I needed 2 antibiotics through an IV line in my arm. I was even weaker this time. Again I got back to taking care of myself.
The staff is excellent, All departments. The therapists are A1, The nursing staff, aides and nurses are caring and work very hard. I loved he food both times, Much better than the hospital. The recreation people keep me buy and even had a Chinese lunch one day. There were some people that have dementia there and all staff were kind to them.
Hopefully I won't need to go back ,But If I Do I am going to Daleview.

this facility is the WORST!! Pretty much killed my elderly father...they neglected and poorly supervised him. House doctor(a joke calling him a Dr.) had no clue what he was doing and never updated me on my Dad's condition. He was rushed to the ER with sepsis and died 10 days later. DO NOT PUT A LOVED ONE HERE...THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE!!!!!!! HAD THE BOOKKEEPER CALLING ME CONSTANTLY FOR MONEY...EVEN AT WORK. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE.

If you truly care about a loved one, i do not recommend this nursing home. Mmr Care Corp, "Daleview Care Center", is not the "heart" they claim to be.

Administration cares solely about finances, not the patient.
