        Overall

        Very dissatisfied with customer service provided through local Fayetteville, NC office. Office admin provided unreliable information for our initial install in addition to being overcharged. We learned the permit we were charged for was never submitted to our local office. Even though we were told the inspector would visit our property the following week. The install is now into its third week which will carry over to the following week since it cannot be completed until the inspection by the city. I highly recommend using another service. provider
