On 31-Jan-18, my wife and I purchased a Sealy Posteurpedic mattress and base from the Morganton Rd Ashley Furniture store, the name of the sales person is Mr Sherman Baker. Mr Baker was very professional and courteous with us from the minute we walked in, in fact he showed and demonstrated several items to us. We asked to see several items and he patiently, and calmly showed them to us, when we finally decided to purchase a particular item Mr Baker demonstrated that item to us and also briefed us on details of that item. From the minute we stepped in the store Mr Baker came forward, introduced himself, and immediately assisted us. He displayed a high degree of professionalism and salesmanship throughout the entire transaction, his demeanour was a key factor in our final decision to purchase the item. He also told us that the Warehouse delivery team will call us and set up a delivery date, they did just as he said, the items were delivered on Sat-3-Feb-18 by the delivery team, they set up and demonstrated the item it worked fine, and we are pleased with the service we received from Mr Sherman Baker, the delivery and set up of the item and finally the use of the item. Mr Sherman Baker is a very professional and excellent salesman, he is a valuable asset to any business.
