Do not recommend. I've had tooth extracted before never had it still in pain for almost a week after! The day of surgery never saw surgeon before or after. Anesthesiologist never told me what she's using for sedation. Woke up apparently with the janitor because I would ask questions she never answered and kept cleaning the room. Never offered to get the surgeon or anesthesiologist to answer? . Handed me a RX n rushed me out of office to car waiting for me. I have stitches on my right back side seems they opened my entire gum to remove 2 tooth. I would not take my dogs to these butcher unprofessional. This is on 2nd floor you have to go thru a long eerie hallway to get to elevator and go thru another office to get out. Site bruised outside on cheek n minimal pain medication. Please find your self another place. Gave 1 because it's the lowest you can.
Ms. Sandra E, We would like to speak with you about your experience as this is not our standard of care. We strive to make our patients comfortable and provide them with high-quality care. If you would, please contact the office manager at (910) 689-1475.

I came into Southestern dental specialists on a Thursday and they got me into surgery on Friday, the nest day, for my wisdom teeth to be extracted. While I appreciate how quickly they got me into surgery, I had a dental assistant say on Thursday that she couldn't see how I could possibly be in pain. Then after surgery I had a few stomach complications and I lost my clots. I dealt with it and scheduled a post op appointment the following Monday. They said everything would be fine and that I indeed have a dry socket. They cleaned it out and put a clove paste in my mouth for 5 minutes. It didn't do much but it was better than nothing. 2 days later I call them back and say that I have an infection and a lot of discoloration, and I don't mean bruising. The nurses response was, " Well I don't know why it would be discolored and there's nothing else we can do for you" I had to get antibiotics from a hospital. 10 days later my left side is healed, yet the gum that is supposed to be connected to my 2nd molar is just a flap. My right side o the other hand is still a hollowed out hole with a full visual of Jaw bone. Needless to say, I would never recommend them to anyone because they did a very botched job and have caused me a great deal of pain.
