Wonder Years Child Care & Learning Center

I had my grandson in this facility for the Pre-K program, he did fine for the first few months when they had a TA that would work with the children on writing their names and alphabets etc. She had quit and when she did my grandson and several other students started regressing. My grandson does having speech and hearing concerns, do to that I felt the teacher did not take the time to work with him in learning. When his mom went to the director Melissa she sided with the teacher on all complaints. My daughter did go above her and the out come was that my grandson was kicked out. I am very disappointed in their Pre-K program, however they do have a wonderful day care program I do have 2 other grand kids there for daycare. I also was informed by my daughter that I am not allowed on the premises do to the owner.

Wonder Years at Anderson Creek has amazing teachers but the administration/accounting is at best unfair and at worst illegal.Many parents at the school agree that the teachers at the school are top notch: attentive, patient, and intelligent. HOWEVER, Wonder Years administration is an entirely different story: charging parents upwards of $50 a day even though their children are off of school for days at a time, telling some parents they can bring their children to school on a particular day while telling others they must stay home and STILL pay, etc.Wonder Years is guilty of overcharging trusting parents and they are not at all forthcoming about the rates they charge. The answer to any question always seems to be "it's prorated", which is an evasive technique to avoid legitimate questions about price hikes. If you are looking for great teachers, this is a wonderful facility. But be warned that you will pay exorbitant amounts of money to keep your children at home for an average of 45 weekdays per school year. They charge YOU to watch your own children on these days!
