Mr Kantor is extremely unprofessional, he will as he called me a youngster in an email, to insult me and my intelligence in the field of construction, which my family has a business from 1950, in south philadelphia, I have more knowledge than the owner in construction and he was insulted that he lacked the intellect to comprehend what I was trying to say. He was not on my side, they want to be "buddy buddy" with the adjusters so they can get more money for future claims. This is the adjusting game, also my claim to him " was not a lot of money " So it did not matter my house had damages. He did not go the extra mile! If anything he hurt my claim, and made more money than I got back with the remediations and the 25%.

Regrettably, I was highly disappointed with Citiwide Adjusters performance and business manner when I contacted them for a claim last week. The adjuster was rude, inconsiderate and completely unprofessional. I researched local Philadelphia public adjusters, Citiwide came back with the highest reviews so I contacted them for the claim. After submitting all of the documents and pictures from my insurance claim, I was contacted by one of their agents to see if I could meet him that afternoon as he would be in the area. As it was short notice I took a couple hours off from work and waited for the adjuster. A half hour after he was supposed to be onsite I receive a phone call from the adjuster advising that my home was "too much of a pain to get to" and that he "would not service my location" as he "never wanted to come back to my neighborhood again." I was absolutely dumbfounded as I live on a residential street in Philadelphia, in a safe neighborhood, a half mile off of I-76 and as this was mid-afternoon, there were five open parking spaces directly in front of my house. I work with small businesses throughout the region and I have never received such unprofessional treatment followed by being blatantly declined of service. I still have no idea how I stayed so professional through the entire phone conversation, during which the adjuster advised he was parked on my street, but would not come. I don't expect treatment like this from anyone, but especially not from a small business.

Citiwide Adjusters has done an excellent job handling our clain down the shore after "Sandy". I am certain that we would still be in a state of limbo with our insurance company if they hadn't advocated for us. They obtained a just settlement quickly. Harry was a fantastic negotiator and Lauren is the very best!!! I feel lucky to know both of them.

That the staff is awesome, responds quickly and very professional. I would recommend Citiwide!! A special shout out to Lauren, the followup specialist:)

You wouldn't go to court without a good lawyer, so don't go to your insurance company without the representation of Citiwide Public Adjusters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
