I just tried writing a review I think I messed up and it did not get submitted so I will try again. I just wanted to comment on your service manager and how great customer service he gives to me and everyone every time I come for service. Last week I was in there for service again like I have ever since I purchased my Kia Optima and you guys were having major issues with your computers I just want to say he handled himself very professional and you can tell that the customers were the first thing on his mind to be satisfied regardless of your issues. I am a store manager for a grocery store and he role models the behaviors I try to instill in my associates everyday I believe he is a great asset to your company thank you and look forward to my next service

They are very nice and very helpful. I had a leak in my sunroof in my 2014 van. They came out right away and helped me, and showed me inside where I could wait. Jodie is a great sales person, she has great personality...
