AT&T Store

Walked into the store and was greatly dissapointed in the customer service I received. The woman that "helped" us was more worried about telling me I was wrong in my opinions, and was very quick and short to answer any questions. She didn't go above and beyond to try and help and even tried to tell us NOT to call Att 1800 number because they wouldn't be able to help... which is funny because we walked out of there and called them and BOOM we have a iPhone 6s plus coming. Funny thing is... according to your representative NO ONE would approve an early upgrade....
