HORRIBLE customer service, especially from the owner, Patty. I would warn anyone considering doing business with Fantasy Pools to seriously consider going elsewhere. We purchased our pool 2 years ago and have regretted using this company ever since.

went into fantasy pools to buy a part and was being helped by a young blond lady and a older lady, who were both fantastic and very helpful, but the owner patty kept interrupting them while they were trying to help me. the young lady would tell me something and then patty in the other room would yell the same information back to us. Fantasy did not have the part in stock, so the young lady went above and beyond and found me the part at another pool store. I thanked her and explained that I work 80 hours a week, sometimes 7 days a week and that I took off early just to fix my pool and that's why I couldn't wait until Monday for the part to be ordered. Patty starts running her mouth about how she works 7 days a week also and at least 80 hours every week. Patty then said you can buy a whole assembly for $100.00 but the part I needed was only $38.00. Very unprofessional. Her employees were very uncomfortable and so were the other customers standing next to me. Patty then said let me check in the back for the part. She went to the back of the store and never returned. Finally, the young lady apologized for Patty's actions and I told her it's only because of YOUR actions and that of the older female employee who also helped me, that I will ever come back to this store, since I pass another pool store on my way home every day, and in fact, Fantasy is actually out of my way. I will continue going to Fantasy despite Patty's poor customer service (this was not the first time she has been rude to me or other customers while I was there). I hope Patty reads this and realizes that the local community wants her to thrive but not at the cost of being belittled.

If I could give this company less of a rating I would. Pool Project with them as become one of the worst experiences I have ever had to go through. Patty's customer service is non existent as she does not care about her customers. Don't fall for their sales pitch. No business ethics and/or work ethics to speak of. Again worst experience ever. I am not sure how they are still in business.

I have been to this pool supply store a couple of times and got horrible service. Their attitude is that they really don't care if you find what you need or not. Way too many kids working there. Only one gentleman actually knows what is going on there and he must be the owner..I think I would drive north for better service and the abilty to answer questions. They certainly aren't any help. Oh yeah, don't even try to ask any questions by phone....was on hold for 7 min and then they disconnected me. After calling back I got no
"I"m sorry" or any acknowledgement of my wait. In fact I was put on hold again and the girl came back a little quicker this time but repeating my questions to someone in the background. How annoying.
I'm very sorry about the service you recieved. It's difficult to help everyone in the store, and answer all the phone calls.It feels like most of the pool owners,wait to open there pools a couple of days before Memorial Day. We are trying to help but it is difficult. Please come back, we do care.
