Snuggy's Mattress Express

we bought a water bed mattress on 6/24/18.after three weeks our liner was full of water.we have been sleeping on a water bed for 30 years. we have never had one punctured from carelessness on our part. this mattress cost us 199 dollars and lasted only 3 weeks. when my husband returned to the snuggys store in florence ky he was offered no compensation.only an " oh, i'm so sorry ". no refund, no store credit. next mattress i buy will not be from snuggys!
