        You're lucky I have to give you a star. My wife and I delivered 1 day express mail from Tampa to NJ. Our package was not delivered because the carrier didn't know the apartment numbers he/she was delivering to (that's their job), so they decide to take the package back. I paid almost $40 for next day! Then I call the branch office. What a freaking nightmare. I am reluctant to speak with the "branch supervisor" Vickie who can barely speak English and is absolutely rude. Worst customer service experience of my life and I'm, just super curious how someone like that can represent a management position for USPS. RIDICULOUS
