We have bought several cars from Kristi Thornton and she is very accomadating This car was for my son who is 25 and has never had a car loan and didn't have good credit. He needed to get a car loan to get his credit on track and she made it happen. Kristi and I had picked out a smaller car for him and he didn't like it. She was able to get him into a chevy cruz that he was very happy with. I will recommend Krist to everyone

I loved the shopping experience I had here! Went to look at a Chevy cruze ls Friday with the sales lady Megan. She showed me the cruze and we went for a test drive and talked while on the test drive. Not once did she try and get me to look at a more expensive car or a car I did not want so there was no pressure at all! Megan is a wonderful lady and I'd recommend asking to speak with her when looking for a new car or truck! She was very knowledgeable and very friendly! The only thing I found wrong was detail forgot to fuel the car so I had to stop on the way home and there was no second key in the vehicle but I am going back to see Megan about getting the second key and she said they will fill my tank to make up for not filling it! I cannot recommend Megan enough!

Worst customer service in the servicing department, over charge & does not honor in house warranty. The departments do not communicate with each other, bad service all around will never buy another car from them again

I disagree with Jeff B. and Lillian G., My family has been buying cars and having them serviced at Johnny Londoff for over 20 years. We have our cars serviced at Londoff Chevy and are ALWAYS treated with respect and everyone I came in contact with was VERY knowledgeable and helpfull. I try and practice the golden rule when dealing with anyone, "You treat them as you want to be treated." Reading their reviews kinds of explains what happened with them. Being incompetent and rude reflects both ways. I would reccomend them hands down to anyone!

I have to say that I agree with Lillian G; This place is incompetent & rude, definitely both.

We bought our 2010 Camaro less than 3 months ago. The vehicle carried a 3 month, 6K drivetrain warranty. Just last week, the vehicle started blowing black & white smoke like crazy.....towed to Londoff. Upon evaluation, we were told that the fuel pump had failed....On-Star indicated 8+ failure codes. I was informed that this was covered under warranty. Great!

After they installed fuel pump, same issue, no better. I was then informed that the gas was contaminated, & it would be $1,200.00 to correct...I just bought this pig. After a great deal of negotiation & arguments, they had agreed to resolve for $370....still in my pocket!

They then further accused my wife of putting diesel fuel in the tank....the diesel nozzle will not even fit the gas orifice.....wrong! Square peg, round hole MORON!!

We have bee loyal Londoff fans since 1987.

We are done, no service, no new vehicles, NO NEW Vehicles. Once again, 1 star is too many............signed disappointed ONCE AGAIN!!

Best car buying experience EVER!! I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but never have I had such a smooth and seamless experience as I did at Johnny Londoff Chevrolet. Steve McNorton went out of his way to ensure my wife and I had all of our concerns addressed and needs met. THANK YOU!! We will be back!!!

This place is either incompetent or rude, possibly both. A window replacement company recommended we call a Chevy dealership to ensure we had the right windshield replaced and it was horrible calling the parts department here. The gentleman (loosely used) was absolutely rude and basically called us idiots for thinking we had more than just a normal windshield. I had to ask for the parts number to get any information and he didnt want to part with that either.

Worst buying experience I've ever been through. They basically stole my property caused me extra fees and lied to me through the whole buying process of my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy. They don't even deserve one star but I cant give them a zero.

Bought a car from them 2 months ago. What a great experience. Low pressure, or should I say no pressure! I love the car, love the deal I got & would recommend them highly to everyone.

I was pleasantly pleased with the experience that I had at Johnny Londoff. The salesman was low pressure, nice person to shop with. Understood clearly our desires and dislikes. Made the time we spent, which was probably longer than I thought I would be there, well worth it. And I very much feel that if we go with Chevy, I'll be back to ask for my salesperson.
